The ERGA company has been successfully providing industrial automation and process control services, as well as optimization of production processes, for 13 years. Furthermore, we develop customized solutions according to the specifics of the process and the customer´s requirements.

Who we are

The company ERGA specializes in the automation of industrial plants, process control, increasing energy efficiency in industry and optimizing production processes. What is more, we offer the development and production of customized solutions depending on the specific needs of production processes and customer requirements.

As a result of our research and development capabilities, we have developed an innovative software designed to automate and optimize the production process in the paper industry by automating the change of production orders. The software is based on a solution that connects key elements of the production process through the application of advanced regulation and control (MPC) methods, thereby achieving increased productivity and significant energy savings. By implementing such a solution, the time to change the order is reduced by 30 to 50% compared to the production change led by the operator.

In addition to projects in the field of electricity, pulp and paper production and in the production and processing of metals, our knowledge and abilities extends to other industry braches, as well as to the development of specific solutions for the purpose of collecting process data, archiving them and ultimately using large amounts of data (big data) for statistical analysis and optimization of production processes.

Over 150 projects of various sizes and complexities have been realized during our 13 years of existence, due to which we have gained great experience and reputation.

Our engineers cover a wide range of technical and technological fields, such as computing, informatics, process engineering, electrical engineering and instrumentation.

The company has an integrated management system based on the requirements of international standards DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 and DIN ISO 45001:2018 and aims to fully meet the requirements for the quality of services and processes, as well as the requirements for the environmental protection and health and safety of its workers. 

ERGA is the only company in the Republic of Croatia that is a member of the OPC Foundation (The Industrial Interoperability Standard).
