Who we are
Protosfera is a Croatian company that focuses on the industrial application of modern prototyping technologies such as 3D printing and 3D scanning. We are an SME employing 7 engineers with various engineering backgrounds. The multidisciplinary team allows us to provide support to our clients in the fields of the automotive industry, equipment manufacturing, laboratory equipment, electronics etc.
Our areas of focus are product development, prototyping (3D printing), optimization for specific manufacturing processes (DFM) and digitalization. We are working together with our clients to create plastic prototypes and we can also help you integrate sheet metal or CNC machined parts into the prototype assembly. We are using a wide variety of additive manufacturing technologies (FDM, SLA, mSLA, JetFusion…) in order to provide support for all kinds of different product requirements (in terms of visual, chemical and mechanical properties).
We have been an innovation partner for large Croatian companies like Hrvatska pošta d.d. (Croatian post) and Končar – Električna vozila d.d. (electrical and transport company) as well as with raising SMEs like Iron Bull and Probotica d.o.o (robotics and mechatronics company).
How we can work together
We are partnering with companies that are looking to speed up the process of product development. Through cooperation, we can supply your company with rapidly produced parts as well as knowledge about product optimization for a specific use case. We are mostly working with clients that are in the development or testing phase of their new product and need fast and reliable production partners for the creation of prototypes or small series (<500 pcs).
We are experienced in taking your idea from the CAD model stage to the final working prototype. After prototype approval, we can assist you in further optimizing the product for mass manufacturing.
